What's a block filled game that's lots of fun?
It's Minecraft, and since the dawn of 2009, many have
wondered,
What if Minecraft, had more?
Well, classic+ sets out to solve this very problem!
It's a mod of Minecraft 0.30c, and it's quite fun!
Right after booting it up, you get greeted with this BEAUTIFUL
title screen!
There are a few options available, singleplayer, multiplayer,
resumed loaded level, and options.
After selecting singleplayer, you have a variety changes you
can make
to the level! These include, size, type, theme, and gamemode.
Before we talk about that, let's dive into a default world
At first, it may seem like a typical Classic world, until you
open the
blocks menu.
Classic+ adds a TON of new blocks.
New glass, new bricks, tables, and many more unique blocks!
Just like classic, it carries the odd quirks, such as pressing
G to
spawn a human, and TAB to shoot explosive arrows.
Now, like I said earlier, on the world creation screen, you
get a variety of options for what type of world you want.
These include, Deserts, Forests, and Caves.
Though these may not have any effect on Construction
mode,
they certainly do on Endurance Mode!
When you first boot the game, it seems to resemble
survival
mode. It's not until you start playing that you
realize what this is.
Endurance mode has you surviving waves of mobs,
gaining points, to get powerups. It even has a unique
crafting
system!
I personally quite enjoyed this mod!
I'd recommend any fans of Minecraft Classic, try this
